rm design respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This page explains what data is collected, for what purpose, and how it can be controlled.

Data collected

The contact form transmits the details filled in: name, email address, phone (optional), project details and the message. They are used solely to reply to the request and to discuss the project. The message arrives in the rm design email inbox and is not stored anywhere else by the website.

Statistics

The site uses Vercel Analytics to measure the number of visitors and the pages viewed. The service does not use cookies and does not identify individuals.

Cookies

The site uses a single strictly necessary cookie that remembers the chosen language (Romanian or English). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Services used

The site is hosted by Vercel, content is managed with Sanity, and form messages are delivered through Resend. Instagram posts shown on the site are fetched on the server, with no Instagram scripts loaded in the browser. These providers process data solely on behalf of rm design.

Visitor rights

Anyone can request access to their data, its correction or deletion, by writing to the email address on the contact page. There is also the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
